Tasting Notes
Smooth and semi-sweet with rounded honey character, soft warmth and a clean, mellow finish. Expect gentle floral notes, a balanced body and lingering natural sweetness.
Food Pairings
Pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, roast chicken, glazed ham, crusty bread, spiced nuts and fruit-based desserts. Also excellent served on its own as a slow sipping mead.
