Tasting Notes
Crisp apple comes through first, followed by deeper blackberry fruit and rounded honey sweetness. Expect a rich, juicy mead with a bright fruit kick and a smooth, lingering finish.
Food Pairings
Pairs beautifully with pork, duck, mature cheddar, blue cheese, apple crumble, berry desserts and dark chocolate. Also excellent served lightly chilled as a fruity sipping mead.
