From Our Brewery To Your Door

Below you'll find details about how we pack, send and deliver our mead. If you have any other questions, our team is always here to help.

Good Mead Is Worth The Wait

Once your order is on its way, delivery will usually take 5 working days. We use Royal Mail tracked delivery to make sure that your arrives on time and in one piece. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Packed, Sealed & Sent Your Way

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders the next working day after we receive them. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Carefully Packed For The Journey

Every order is securely packed to help protect your bottles throughout their journey. Every bottle is carefully wrapped, with sturdy outer packaging and protective dividers to keep everything safely in place while in transit. All of our packaging is 100% sustainable paper and cardboard FSC certified packaging.

Follow Your Mead On Its Journey

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress from our brewery to your door. You can use either the Royal Mail website or app to follow along for live updates.

A Little Proof will Be Required

As our mead contains alcohol, you must be 18 or over to place an order. Our delivery partners will also ask for proof of age when delivering your order, so please have a valid form of identification available if requested.

If Things Don’t Arrive Quite Right

We take care to make sure every bottle reaches you safely, but accidents can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photographs of the damage, and we’ll help put things right.
